Scorleo is a fashion brand that serves fashion straight from the big screen to your wardrobe. The aim is to make you trendy, and fashionable, and let the dive inside you shine. Scorleo has a very simple agenda that you do have to miss out on anything whether it is the latest trend, the new look of a celebrity, or an outfit from a series that your favorite character wore. They take care of your wardrobe so that it can never go out of fashion, style, and trend.
The fashion industry has the most scope because clothing is a basic need and it never going to be down, but the challenge is to get established. The audience is not limited to women for Scoleo because they also target men for their unisex shirts.
The main objectives of Scorleo are to become trend stop for every youngster, increase sales, enhance brand awareness, and expand categories and business.



Challenges:
There were four major challenges for Scorleo before us. They were Low website traffic, Low brand awareness, Irregular orders, Less AOV, and Competition. Scorleo was facing issues because of their field of business because there are different websites for clothing. Among them, it was getting difficult to get traffic with older strategies.
This same happened to orders and brand identity. If regular orders are there then gradually brand identity can be established with proper strategies and Scorleo was lacking in that. Also, least AoV was a huge issue with Scorleo.
Strategy:
We have worked so many new strategies to overcome the challenges of Scorleo. These strategies are well-planned according to the needs of the client. The strategies we worked on were:

The strategy we decided to work on was the spread the target audience according to different cateries like gender, influencers, etc.

We also decided to work on the creativity of graphics so that an instant impact can be created.

We tried to better the timing of posting and ads so that we can reach out to the maximum audience.
Implementation:
- While implementing strategies decided we face the competition was very high and this is why we did a slight change in strategies.
- First, we decided to target according to trends and current fashion products more than other products so that the focus can be improved.
- The slow and steady approach of implementation worked for the client and we gradually covered all the key points through our strategies.
