There were four major challenges for ModX before us. They were Creating a long-term relationship, Irregularity of orders, Brand trust, and Least average order value. ModX was facing issues because of its lack of brand awareness. People were not convinced of product quality. So, it was getting difficult to create long-term relationships with customers.

This same happened to AoV and trust. With brand awareness issues, it is difficult to build brand trust and generate potential leads. Also, least AoV was a huge issue with ModX.

Strategy:

We have worked so many new strategies to overcome the challenges of ModX. These strategies are well-planned according to the needs of the client.

The strategies we worked on were:
