Cruisemax Sports is the brainchild of 2 fitness enthusiasts from India. Unsatisfied by the fact that the Indian market is brimmed with International sports brands, offering pricey sportswear, they decided to come up with their own sportswear venture.

Cruisemax Sports, an e-commerce activewear brand, offers a collection of high-quality, contemporary, and advanced-engineered activewear at affordable prices. It works closely with athletes and fitness experts to constantly innovate and improve designs catering to the needs of the customers.

Objectives:

The brand objectives of Cruisemax included the focus to build brand awareness and a buzz among the Indian market. To surpass other sportswear competitors, and to reach a considerable customer group.

Challenges:

Initially, the brand couldn’t able to create a buzz due to a lack of awareness among the population. Other pain points were the high market competition, irregularity of orders, low Average Order Value (AOV), and high cash burns. This resulted in minimal sales and low ROAS.

It was then the owners hired VerveOnlineMarketing as its performance marketing agency.

Strategy:

VerveOnlineMarketing identified top-performing audience segments based on the audience’s demographics, location, income levels, as well as interests.
