The motive is to achieve a secure place in every woman’s wardrobe to make it classy, contemporary, stylish, and vibrant.

The fashion industry does not need any introduction so as the great scope in the field. There are several categories in clothing still women’s clothing is the best field you can make a business out of. The same goes for the target audience. Moonstruck’s target audience is women and their different moods of styles.

Also, Moonstruck has different marketing objectives like better style, unique, and authentic clothing, building brand trust, and creating a lifetime relationship with customers.

Challenges:

There were four major challenges for Moonstruck before us. That is Irregularity in orders, less traffic on the website, competition, and cash burn. Moonstruck was facing issues because of their field of business because there are different websites for clothing. Among them, it was getting difficult to get traffic with older strategies.

This same happened to orders and cash burn on each order. If regular orders are there then cash burn can be covered in some time but with irregularity of orders and cash burn issues together it needs a very detailed and apt strategy.

We have worked so many new strategies to overcome the challenges of Moonstruck. These strategies are well-planned according to the needs of the client. The strategies we worked on were:
