The Mom & Me is a brand for mothers and kids. The motive is to provide all the needs of women from designer Kurtis to maternity wear and from baby beds, to kids’ wear. The target audience for the brand is lovely ladies and their little ones. The aim is to make you and your child comfortable in every possible way. The best part about their products is that they are made of pure fabric that is safe for your and your baby’s skin.
The fashion industry has a high potential especially comfort-wear for women because not every type of dress is wearable during pregnancy. This is why maternity wear and kids’ wear have a large scope. This is why Mom & Me believes has a vast target audience.
The major objectives of Mom & Me are targeting the potential audience, keeping self-care, baby care, comfort, and safety as a priority, and making a long-term /permanent relationship with customers.



Challenges:
There were some major challenges faced by Mom & Me before us like low website traffic, online presence, AoV, irregular orders, and high competition. If you take each of these challenges then all are connected. Still, Mom & Me needed separate attention for each problem.
